First things first, don’t get angry with yourself. It’s not worth it. You can not go back into the past and change the fact that you binged, so get over it. Don’t let that binge hold you back, and eat healthy the next meal. It’s not that big of a deal, I promise.
Also, don’t restrict yourself too much. If you aren’t eating enough, you’re way more likely to binge. Why? Because you probably aren’t eating enough calories for your body! Just because MyFitnessPal says you should eat 1,362 calories doesn’t mean that’s what your body needs. Play around with it and figure out what works for you!
