december goals!
not gonna lie, november was kind of a bad month for me health and fitness wise. however, my overall goal for december is to make it my best health/fitness month yet! here are some more specific goals for december:
- drink at least 6 glasses of water a day
- follow my workout schedule and don’t skip any! (unless i really, really need to)
- treat myself to an indulgence once or twice a week, to prevent binges!
- this one’s really important so i’m gonna put it in caps lock and use excessive exclamation points: DON’T BINGE!!!
- have an awesome christmas, new year’s eve and winter break :)
