11/15/11 recap!

today i ate a wee bit more than i should have but i still stayed within my calorie range! i also didn’t do all of my scheduled exercises (i did 80 oblique crunches and a bunch of jumping jacks but not my cardio videos) because i had tons of hw/studying, but tomorrow i’ll try to fit them in even though wednesdays are technically my rest days. overall i could have done better today. it’s officially been a week since i’ve started my workout-schedule-routine-thingy, though, and it’s going pretty well! i just need to stop slacking so much :P
