i kind of binged today :( i feel like this happens every week, i eat well and exercise in the beginning and then i slack off and get lazy and eventually binge a little (or a lot). i really gotta stop doing that and stay focused on my goal because binging and being lazy isn’t gonna get me anywhere!
11/15/11 recap!
today i ate a wee bit more than i should have but i still stayed within my calorie range! i also didn’t do all of my scheduled exercises (i did 80 oblique crunches and a bunch of jumping jacks but not my cardio videos) because i had tons of hw/studying, but tomorrow i’ll try to fit them in even though wednesdays are technically my rest days. overall i could have done better today....
